I wanted to get all of your takes on this talk given by Elder Oaks.

regardless of what his critics will say, at least nobody could accuse Dallin Oaks of being inarticulate. :)

As we have discussed before, the discounting of opinions expressed in a public/political setting because they are founded upon religion principles is to destroy our freedom and subject us to secularism and eventually militant atheism.

It is frustrating to think that it could get worse but it probably will.
So, lawyers, how can I prepare for the opposition?
